A school that carried out the student admission process manually with a lot of paperwork that made it difficult to track new applications made through the school's website, causing major delays and a very collapsed student insertion funnel, resulting in long waiting times for parents or guardians.

We developed a system that handled the entire admission flow in an automated manner that allowed parents or guardians to complete the process from anywhere. Additionally, once the admission application was made, the administrative department could perform a credit check of the applicant for approval before formalizing the admission. The system also includes an appointment section that controls the flow of parent or guardian visits to the school and the student's admission exam to complete the process.

A 95% reduction in waiting times for parents and guardians making admission applications was achieved, and the performance of the admissions department and the effectiveness of monthly payments from parents and guardians increased by 200%.
